Ka-Nying Surmang Choling
A Monastic and Yogic Residential Training Center in the Practice Lineage of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
The Dzogchen Meditation Center– Ka-Nying Surmang Choling — was founded by direct students of the 11th Trungpa, Vidyadhara Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, his Vajra Regent Osel Tendzin and Trime Lhawang, Patrick Sweeney the Vajra Regent’s Dharma Heir. We work to preserve their unique transmission of the Kagyu and Nyingma teachings of Tibetan Buddhism.
The Dzogchen Meditation Center serves the mid-coast practice community by offering a daily schedule of meditation practice. If visiting please note the Center observes complete silence until lunch every day. Please refrain from talking to others or making eye contact during this time.
